# Как привязать свои социальные сети к аккаунту

С привязанными социальными сетями Вы можете входить на платформу **без необходимости каждый раз вводить логин и пароль**. Достаточно выбрать нужную социальную сеть и авторизоваться через неё, для этого:

1. Нажмите на [меню ](/help/ru/faq/general/menu.md)и выберите "[Настройки](https://polee.me/user/settings)"

2. Найдите в низу страницы раздел "Авторизация через соц сети"  и нажмите на "подключить" к соц. сети где у Вас есть аккаунт. Далее Вас перенаправит проходить примерно такой же путь как и при [регистрации](/help/ru/faq/registration-and-authorization.md). Тут же можно нажать "Отключить" чтоб разорвать связь с соц. сетью.
