# Media Buyer's questions

On Polee, a **Media Buyer** is a traffic specialist who launches ad campaigns and monetizes creator [offers](/help/en/faq/creators/boost.md). In short, they help bring audiences to creators in exchange for a share % of their earnings.

To become a Media Buyer, open the [menu ](/help/en/faq/general/menu.md)and go to **"Become a..." → "**[**Media Buyer**](https://polee.me/user/become-a-media-buyer)**"**.

### Choose your access level

You’ll see two levels:

1. **Pre-Media Buyer**

* For beginners and those testing the platform
* The maximum amount per single withdrawal is limited to $1,000
* Payouts available to crypto wallets only
* For start just click **"Verify"** to activate

2. **Media Buyer**

* Available after completing verification
* No earning limits
* Payouts available to crypto wallets and bank cards

## Verification

> ⚠️ **Important**: Clicking **"Verify"** under Pre-Media Buyer activates this level immediately. \
> You won’t be able to switch back to another account type e.g. [author or channel](/help/en/faq/creators/author-vs-channel.md).\
> To upgrade to full Media Buyer access, complete the full verification on [the same page](https://polee.me/user/become-a-media-buyer).

### Getting access

After clicking **"Verify"**, a pop-up window will appear with your **login** and **temporary password**.

1. Copy the credentials and go to the partner portal: `https://polee.partners`

2. Log in using the copied login and password → click **Log In**.

3. On first login, you'll see a  ([Terms of Use](/help/en/faq/docs/terms.md) & [Privacy Policy](/help/en/faq/docs/privacy.md)) window.\
   ☑️Check the box and click **Accept**.

### Language settings

Click the **flag icon** in the top-right corner (next to your avatar) to switch between English, Russian, and Spanish.

### Changing your temporary password

1. Click your avatar → **My profile**

2. Click **Change password**

3. Then in pop-up: \
   a. Paste the temporary password\
   b. Create a new, our recomendations are [here](/help/en/faq/security/change-password.md)\
   c. Confirm it\
   d. Click **Save changes**

## Accessing your Media Buyer dashboard

Open the [menu ](/help/en/faq/general/menu.md)and click [**Go to dashboard**](https://polee.partners/)

### **Statistics**

The **Statistics** section opens by default.\
Click the **column** and/or **filter** icons in the top-right corner of the table to adjust the view.

Tabs:

* **Common** — Main metrics: Clicks, Unique Clicks, Conversions, Payouts;
* Conversions — A detailed list of key actions (like [tips](/help/en/faq/subscriber/what-is-tip.md), paid [subscriptions ](/help/en/faq/subscriber/pay-subscription.md)or [posts](/help/en/faq/subscriber/pay-post.md)) that give you a percentage of the revenue;
* **Logs** — Technical tracking logs with Date and Time, Conversion ID, Postback, Responseю

### Offers

In the top menu, go to **Offers** to see what [creators are offering](/help/en/faq/creators/boost.md) for promotion.

* **All** — All offers (active and inactive)
* **Available** — Offers currently available for promotion

Each offer includes:

* Creator’s avatar, ID, name, and request status
* Goals
* Countries
* Payout %

Click an offer to:

1. Read the creator's instructions

* Check permissions (avatar, background, free photos/videos from <https://polee.me/>.............);
* See how long referred users will generate earnings;
* Review link to the [wallets](#wallets-for-media-buyers)

2. **Generate a unique referral link to promote offers and start earning a percentage of the amount a creator receives from any user who signs up through your link.**

💡 **Please note:**\
❌ The *“Hold period: Unlimited”* label on the offer card is **a technical issue**.\
This message appears automatically, and at the moment, there’s no way to change it.\
✔️ **The actual hold** **period** for a transaction is always shown in the [**Wallet** ](https://polee.me/user/wallet)section on the Polee platform.\

You’ll find the **Referrals** and **Promo Materials** sections to the right of your [statistics](#statistics).

These sections **are currently inactive** and do not contain relevant information.\
To avoid any confusion, **we recommend not using them** until further updates.\

## **Wallets for Media Buyers**

You can access wallet by opening the [menu ](/help/en/faq/general/menu.md)and selecting one of the wallets at the bottom of the screen.

On the [Polee.me](https://polee.me/), media buyers use a two-wallet system: the **Earnings Wallet** and the **Polee Wallet**. \
Transfers between them are not possible. Each serves a different purpose and they do not interact with each other, but the transaction history for both wallets is displayed in a single window at the bottom of the page.

#### **What are the differences?**

1. **Earnings Wallet (Media Buying Wallet):**

* This wallet receives funds earned through your media buying campaigns;
* A Polee commission (usually 20%) is automatically deducted from each transaction;
* After that, funds can be withdrawn without any additional fees;
* Funds in this wallet **cannot** be used for purchases within the platform.

2. **Polee Wallet (In-Platform Wallet):**

* You can top it up via bank card, cryptocurrency, or Telegram Stars;
* Funds in your Polee Wallet are used **within** the platform to: purchase posts, subscribe to creators, or support them with any amount you choose;
* Funds in the Polee Wallet **cannot** be withdrawn, they can only be spent on [Polee.me](https://polee.me/)
