# I don't see the registration confirmation email in my email

The email may have ended up in the Spam folder, look there.

Check in the [settings ](https://polee.me/user/settings)whether you entered the correct email address. If, upon reregistration on Polee, you are informed that this email address is already in use, do not panic, this means that you entered the Email correctly.
